Who Defines Fashion?

The questions "What is fashion?" and "Who defines fashion?" come to my mind when I read the writing requirements.

I don't believe that the latest fashion trend is the only valid option, but my opinion seems irrelevant. Social media influences public opinion, and tech giants like Facebook, Instagram, and Google determine what information to show us.

In reality, most people live in information bubbles. They only receive the information that tech giants display, but they cannot express their own voices.

Therefore, I don't think it is meaningful to judge the situation as positive or negative.
